TEMPERATURE AND PRECIPITATION
Temperature and precipitation are very important abiotic factors that influence on the characteristics and distribution of biomes. Differences in temperature or precipitation determine various aspects of the biomes, like plants. Biomes with low precipitation and extreme temperatures cause short growing seasons and poor soil, due these, fewer kinds or amounts of plants and animals are going to grow with this conditions, and this would be defining an extreme biome like a desert or a permanent ice.
